Flight School for this Saturday, February 6, 2010 is cancelled due to a death in the family. Sorry for the late notice, we will reschedule a new date over the course of the next week. Thank you.

Brewery Stuff:
The FBBC Retail Shop at the brewery will be closed until Friday, February 19 for restocking. We will still be brewing and distributing to local establishments. So look for us at your favorite bar, restaurant, watering hole, pub, speakeasy, or beer joint in the meantime. We'll see you all in a few weeks.

Larry "Red" Mrozek Memorial ...
For those of you not in the know, a page has always been "hidden" within FBBC's site as a tribute to Tim's original partner "Red" who tragically died before the brewery opened its doors. However, he is still a part of the brewery, and in fact Aviator is dedicated to the memory of Red. Click here for the page.

January 16, 2010 – Chilifest
Admission includes all food samples and money goes to Cornerstone Manor Shelter for Women and Children. 12 – 4pm

February 20, 2010 – Stewpot for Science
Admission goes to a High School Scholarship for a young woman interested in a science career, and includes food samples. 12 – 4pm

March 20, 2010 – Ireland comes to FBBC
Admission goes to the Belfast Summer Relief to bring children from Northern Ireland to Buffalo to visit for the Summer and get away from "the troubles" – We will be serving Irish foods cooked with beer and Irish music, of course. 12 – 4pm

Sign up to participate in any one of the these events by calling the brewery at 716-873-1557. A crockpot is enough for the attendees to sample and the winner of the consumer preference poll gets a free FBBC Growler Card. Good luck to all.

Admission to all events is $5.00 but we are always willing to accept a larger donation on behalf of the great charities and organizations involved.
